Our business strategy has two principle components. We have two objectives. The first: create employment and/or provide profits in support of individuals with disabilities. Employment and profit are equally important - ie: if we can create a job while breaking even on a proposal, it has equal value to producing a profit. The second: price competitively, and do quality work that meets the demands and expectations of our customers.

These objectives are integral, they form the core principles behind our decisions. When we don't get repeat business, we have simply created a one-time job or produced a short-term profit, but we aren't successful. Our ultimate goal is to forge mutually beneficial repetitive business relationships.

It's a simple goal to state, but a hard one to accomplish.
